Hoover Dam Bypass

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

There has been construction at the Hoover Dam building a bypass that will cut down our guests’ travel time to and from the ranch.  Construction has been going on for a few years now, but we believe by 2011 it should be all done.  For an update on the project, go to the following link.

Christmas at the ranch

Sunday, December 27th, 2009

We have had another blessed Christmas holiday at Stagecoach Trails.  A full house, family from Wisconsin visiting and around 30 guests make our 9th holiday very special.  We continued our southwestern tradition of breaking the pinata on Christmas Eve.  This was an event in the book “Mystery in Arizona” with Trixie Belden.   That book was the inspriation for Carrie’s dream of owning a ranch when she grew up.  We had many children again this holiday and it was a great evening.  We thank all our repeat guests who have joined us, as well as the new ones.   We are looking forward to having you return next year.  Merry Christmas to all!

And the new additon will be……

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

A GIRL!!  Vicki and Tony are set to welcome a little cowgirl to the ranch family mid February.  They’d like to thank all the family, friends and guests for their prayers during this joyous time.  She’ll be out riding horses when she is 4 months like her cousin Sophie! Everyone can’t wait!

Another little addition to the ranch family is on the way….

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

Dan and Carrie’s daughter, Vicki and her husband Tony, are pleased to announce they are expecting a baby on February 13, 2010.  The little cowgirl or cowboy will be the couple’s first child and Dan and Carrie’s second grandchild.  Everyone is very excited for another little one running around the ranch.  Although Jeremy, Jodi and Sophie (now almost 20 months) are back in Wisconsin, they do come and visit the ranch often and can’t wait for Sophie to have a little cousin to play with.  God’s blessings to the expectant couple!

Wildriders head west again

Friday, August 7th, 2009

We’d like to thank the Wildriders from Chicago for heading west again for another great family reunion week.  Last week was filled with lots of fun and great memories.  The inital visit to Stagecoach Trails was back in 2002 and the gap in between visits was too long!  We’d like to thank Bob for planning yet another great group of over 40 for us to host.  We can’t wait to see you all again in 2010!  Gooooooo Packers!!!

Starting off the new season with a full house

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

The ranch reopened on Monday after our 6 week hiatus.  We are back in full swing with a full house.  We are happy to welcome back Craig, Jesse and Steve to our wrangling staff.  We also have a former guest Gianna, that is helping to wrangle this summer as well.  There are many repeat guests this month and we are excited to welcome them back to the ranch in addition to meeting the new faces coming through the doors.

We are having a great discounted 3 night special for the month of August to fill our last few rooms, so if you were thinking about traveling west, August is a great time to do it with a great rate.  Check out our specials page for more information.

Happy Trails!
